Appendage is both a gallery and a shop selling work by Brighton makers, British designers and occasionally artists from further afield. We have been established for nineteen years, have a strong identity and are selective in our choices. Vibrant colour, pattern and texture are the key elements of the work chosen. They include jewellery, textiles, ceramics, mosaic, glass hangings, felt, knitwear, lighting, print and collage. Emphasis is given to different mediums throughout the year although some ranges are stocked continuously. We often focus on a particular artist's work for a limited period only. Everything in the shop is an expression of the makers personality and style it is individual and innovative. The price range is equally diverse making it possible to treat yourself or a friend even buy a special piece that will give you lasting pleasure. We are happy to answer your queries by telephone.
