Brighton's own authentic bagel bakery, currently celebrating our tenth birthday. Baking fresh throughout the day, seven days a week, we offer an extensive menu of freshly filled bagels, hot breakfast bagels and melts, each made to order in front of you. Loads of choices for veggies and carnivores!

House specials include the Lox Deluxe (smoked salmon, cream cheese & lemon juice), Funky Tuna and the gargantuan Tower of Bagel! There's also a mouthwatering range of homemade vegetarian soups and salads, freshly fried felafel in pitta, cakes, coffees, teas, juices, smoothies and cold drinks.

Situated in the heart of Brighton's cosmopolitan North Laine, a stone's throw from the central Clock Tower. All food is ready either to snack and graze while wandering around Brighton's bohemian quarter, or enjoy perched at the curvy blonde wood sit-up window bar and watch the world go by.
