Established in May 2002, Retail Therapy is the original Truly Fairtrade Eco shop, selling locally made gifts and toiletries. We offer a friendly relaxed service to all our visitors, and sell Gift Vouchers (that never expire) for treatments & therapies which have now been relocated to our new Therapy Suite, and eco-store, RT2 in Ship Street. Scent the Florist now work with us at Retail Therapy supplying English flowers and vintage china.
Stock and Services On Offer:
We stock Green People Organic Toiletries, Iam Natural Vegan toiletries & bodycare, alongside handmade soap from Honey it's Herbal. We work closely with local manufacturers of pure toiletries, and complement their ranges with Pure Essential Oils, candles and incense. New at RT2 is fabulous Eco-Couture clothing, from Sow's Ear Studios, T-Shirts from Conscious Clothing, Crystals and chunky wooden Furniture. All Truly Fairtrade stuff of course, there just aren't any middlemen (wholesalers or VAT men) hiking up the prices!
We keep on our carbon tiptoes by stocking giftware and cards that are made locally, with recycled materials. We get new stock brought in on foot, every week, and Truly Fairtrade with the all the talented designers who make our shops so unique - Driftwood mirrors, recycled fabric bags & purses, Mosaics & Paper Mache.... Our readers / psychics also work every day, offering insight with Tarot, Mediumship, and Healing. The Therapy suite is open for bookings from 10.30am daily, 12.30 on Sundays, with evening appointments available until 8pm.
